Are You A Candidate For VolumaLift™?
You are likely a VolumaLift™ candidate if you suffer from any of these:
- Face appears deflated or sunken in
- Face appears tired
- Tail of your brow is drooping
- Bags or hollows under your eyes
- Marionette lines
- Developed an early jowl
- Lost lip volume

How Does VolumaLift™ Work?
VolumaLift™ is a highly customized procedure because each patient is different so it needs to be tailored to that specific person. Dr. Theocharides will first inject a local anesthetic to all areas that will be treated. Dr. Theocharides will take an injectable gel dermal filler (Restylane®, Juvederm®, Radiesse®, etc.) and inject a specific amount of that to target a specific fat buttress region, restoring 3-dimensional structure to the tissues for a fuller and more defined contours of the face. VolumaLift™ is a simple procedure, performed in our Ocean, NJ office in less than an hour.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it painful?
Generally speaking, the VolumaLift™ procedure is painless. Dr. Theocharides may use a topical or local anesthetic to make treatment more comfortable. The injections are deposited very deeply into the skin where pain is minimal. There is virtually no pain following the injections and you will be able to return to your normal activities.
Is it safe?
Yes. The VolumaLift™ procedure uses FDA-approved dermal fillers to restore lost volume in the face including the brows, cheeks, around the mouth and jawline. Dr. Theocharides trained with the inventor of the procedure to learn the best technique and safety considerations.
Are there any risks?
There are risks associated with any cosmetic procedure. With VolumaLift™, the most common side effects are bruising and swelling (temporary) as well as asymmetry, which is correctable. On rare occasions, lumpiness may occur. Most of the time, it’s unnoticeable and can be corrected with gentle massaging.
